Way too many people lack excitement for their lives and work. In the world we live in, the alarm clock in the morning signals the start of a passionless and monotonous day. People have become so self-satisfied in their discomfort that they are paralyzed from pursuing anything that might entail risk, even if it is comforting and liberating. When these attitudes and behaviors become chronic, they can be harmful to both physical and mental health. If your job is causing you to feel unhappy (or, even worse, to feel nothing at all) then maybe it’s time for you to either relight your passion or look for something else.
I mostly see people carrying the so-called “TGIF” mindset. Also, I often see mid- and top-level managers trying to find clarity in their forties, being worried about their retirement age approaching, and distressed about having reached an “end” without having even “started”!
Motivated by my personal experience and this shocking testimony, my coaching model is based on two key elements; knowing yourself and discovering your strengths and turning them into superpowers to have a meaningful and purposeful career and life.
When we align our personal and professional lives with our purpose, we can tap into a wellspring of energy and inspiration that propels us toward our goals.
The more self-aware you become, the greater the potential for your overall effectiveness. Having greater self-awareness can also help you in selecting a career or profession that is a good fit for your personality, talents, and interests. The more you know about your strengths, natural abilities, and preferences, the more likely you will make wise career choices.
Whether you’re seeking a promotion, a career change, or simply looking to improve your job satisfaction, my coaching techniques will help you overcome any obstacles and build the confidence necessary to succeed.
